Joining WELLalarm™

Have your emergency medical information, including medical conditions, medications, and allergies, on hand. You do not need to enter everything at once though-–you can enter or update your information anytime from anywhere!
Have your credit card information ready.
Make sure you have your personal information, including your address, cell number, e-mail address, date of birth, insurance information, emergency contacts and the contact information for your doctor(s) available.
Have your WELLalarm™ product in front of you. Please locate your WELL-ID code so you can enter it when prompted to link your product to your account.
Go to Create an Account to get started.
You will be prompted to enter your WELL-ID code immediately after you create your account.

If your WELLalarm™ product includes a FREE term of service it will be automatically added to your account.

Log in to your account.
Have your WELLalarm™ product in front of you. Locate your WELL-ID code so you can enter it on the "My WELL-ID" page.
Click on “My WELL-ID’s” on the left-hand menu.
Enter your new WELL-ID as directed.

If your WELLalarm™ product includes a FREE term of service it will be automatically added to your account.

Have your medical history, including list of medical conditions, vaccinations, devices/implants, medications and allergies and special needs, on hand.
Have your credit card information ready.
Make sure you have your all of your personal information, including your address, cell number, email address, date of birth, insurance information, emergency contacts and the contact information for your doctor(s), available.
Go to Create an Account to get started.
If you have a coupon code for a free term of service please have it available so that you may enter it when prompted.

Remember, you can always add a WELLalarm™ product to your account by simply going to the WELL-ID section and adding it.
