Shipping Information
All WELLalarm™ store purchases are shipped via UPS. Charms and tags should arrive within 5-7 days. Charms and tags that are custom engraved take an additional 1-2 weeks to be delivered. Our standard delivery charge is a flat rate of $5 per location. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Gift wrapping available: A WELLalarm™ product gift wrapped from WELLalarm™ arrives wrapped in WELLalarm’s signature wrapping paper, box and coordinating ribbon and card with a custom message. Gift wrapping charge is $5 per item.
At this time, WELLalarm™ only ships within the United States.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted by mail within 30 days of purchase from WELLalarm.com provided the item(s) WELL-ID code have not been activated. The item(s) must be returned with original packaging and sales receipt within 30 business days of purchase. No shipping charges or additional fees incurred will be refunded.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us, entitling your email "Returns", with the reason for your return. We will contact you with the mailing address to which you may return the item.
Packages that are lost or damaged are not the responsibility of WELLalarm™. Your return must be sent to us through a traceable mail carrier as, if we do not receive the package and we are not able to track its location, we will not be able to refund your money. Once we receive your retuned item please allow two to four weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card.
Custom engraved items are final sale - returns or exchanges on custom engraved merchandise will not be accepted. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, please contact us at returns@wellalarm.com, entitling your email "Return Policy".
WELLalarm.com does not accept returns from stores or other locations.
