How Does WELLalarm Work? It's Simple!

1. Once you receive your WELLalarm product, you go to www.wellalarm.com/active and enter the unique code on your product to active your account.

2. Add any medical and contact information you want to be available in an emergencyincluding basic descriptive info, detailed list of medications, allergies, illnesses, contact information, a recent picture, finger prints, and more

3. You then authorize this information to be available in an emergency and you are done.

 

How WELLalarm Works on the Scene:

Identify- When an emergency happens, bystanders or first responders are trained to immediately look for the medical symbol on your wrist or neck.    

       
Emergency Alert In a crisis responders simply locate your easily identifiable WELLalarm product. They call the toll-free number or got to the emergency URL found on every product. They are prompted to enter your WELL-ID code, located on each product, and instantly receive access to your authorized emergency medical and contact information. 

Emergency Contact System/Parental Contact System When your account is accessed in an emergency your emergency contact will be immediately notified via text or email. Your emergency contact will receive the phone number of the responder via text or email who accessed the users account so they may call to follow-up and receive further details if authorized by the responder.*

Missing Child ID: If your child goes missing, provide the police with everything they need to issue an amber alert in seconds, including pictures and fingerprints, from anywhere.
