Online features work with WELLalarm™ Products: Linking to all WELLalarm™ products including: WELLcharms™, WELLtags™, clothing labels, cell phone stickers, key tags, wallet ID cards allows you the freedom to enjoy your life without having to worry about how your information can be retrieved in an emergency.
BASIC MEDICAL INFORMATION
Basic Information: Basic Information including: name, address, age, sex, weight and blood type.
Illnesses and Conditions: Illnesses and Conditions that are vital to your health and well-being can be added in our simple online form.
Non-Prescription and Prescription Medications: Your prescription medication details can be stored in our account and you can receive reminders via text or email to take and refill your prescriptions.
Allergies: Allergies to prescriptions, treatments, food, animals and other life-threatening factors or sensitivities can be communicated through the WELLalarm™ system.
Physicians and Medical Professionals: Contact information for your general practitioner and specialists can be stored in your account. You can elect to have a particular doctor be automatically notified in an emergency and can fax test results to your doctor from the WELLalarm™ system.
Devices: Devices like pacemakers, orthopedic pins and Cochlear implants can be added to your account information.
Health Insurance: Health Insurance information can be registered into your account by filling in all of your insurance details.
Vaccinations and Immunizations: Your complete record of vaccinations and immunizations can be stored in your account, with reminders for booster shots. This is particularly helpful for international travelers and for tracking your children's vaccinations.

Eye and Dental: Eye and Dental records can be added and all pertinent tests, prescriptions and X-Rays can be uploaded directly to your account.
Test Results: Your test results can be securely stored in your account and easily faxed or emailed to doctors and specialists.

Online Calendar: WELLcalendar access is available to track appointments, medications, refills, follow-up calls and any other events you have going on.
Alerts by Email: WELLcalendar email reminders for appointments, medication and refills. It’s difficult to remember, but hard to forget when WELLalarm™ is around to remind you!
Alerts by SMS: SMS message reminders for appointments, medication, refills and your WELLcalendar. Let WELLalarm™ remember those important appointments for you. If you’ve signed up for our Premium service, you can set a limited number of text message reminders to be delivered to your phone on a monthly, weekly or daily basis -- even an hour before your appointment or when it’s time to take your medication or pick up a refill. At the Platinum Level of service, you receive an unlimited amount of text reminders – you can even use the reminders for meetings, carpool pick-ups and more!
Alerts by Voice: WELLcalendar, appointment, medication and refill reminders by voice service. The Platinum Level is the only service level to offer an unlimited number of text and voice reminders. Give yourself peace of mind by using email, text and voice reminders and never forget an appointment or prescription pick-up again!
EMERGENCY ACCESS
Emergency URL: With Emergency Access to MYWELL-ID page, in an emergency, a first responder or bystander can gain access to the select health information that you have pre-authorized in your account.
Emergency Mobile URL: With your Emergency Mobile URL, you can quickly and easily access your WELLalarm™ account on any cell phone with a simple mobile browser through our .mobi site.
Emergency Voice and Mobile System: Emergency Voice and Mobile System Access. When you can’t speak, we’ll do the talking for you. The vital health information you need to share in an emergency is available via voice and text messages that are delivered to the person who responds to your emergency. These contacts and settings are pre-determined and customized by you.
EMERGENCY CONTACTS
Automatic Notification: Automatic notification (via email and text message) to your emergency contact when your account is accessed in an emergency. Peace of mind is all you need in an emergency. Once you’ve added your emergency contact information into your WELLalarm™ account, we’ll make sure your loved ones are notified.
MULTI-LINGUAL LANGUAGE SUPPORT

FAXING
Fax Out: Send files and information online to be received by a doctor or specialist via fax. Fax documents directly to your specialist or burn your images to a disc. Through our simple uploading process, you can fax your doctor all the pertinent health and medical information from your account. Never again do you need to fill out the same old forms at the doctor – simply input it once into your WELLalarm™ account and fax it directly to the doctor.
Fax In: Receive faxes (including lab results) into your account in PDF form. When you’re traveling or far from a fax machine, WELLalarm™ can make sure important emergency medical information is sent to your account, making it available when you need it most.
Mobile Faxing: For added convenience, never again do you need to fill out the same old forms at the doctor. Perfect for new office visits to avoid the waiting room paperwork and the advance work of calling multiple doctors and tracking down your records and results.
